A passenger in a taxi leans forward so he can ask the driver a question and gently touches his shoulder to get his attention.
The driver lets out a cry, loses control of the vehicle, narrowly avoids a bus, gets on the sidewalk and stops a few inches from a store window!
For a few moments there is silence and the driver declares, in a trembling voice:
- I'm sorry, but you really scared me!
The passenger apologizes, saying he didn't think a simple touch on the shoulder could scare him so much. The driver replies:
- Don't apologize, it's all my fault.
It's my first day of taxi driving.
For the past 25 years, I've been driving a hearse bulance.ðŸ¤
